Very good shading and coloring ... I know I couldn't do as well, but it does look sorta manly >.>
Maybe the shadows accentuating (sp?) the face, the flat hair on top .. dunno. But keep up the good work.

The face looks like a mans face
her musculine arms aside..her face hav a few things tt mayb u can improve on...
nose too big
shldn mix outline with realistic tonings
sharper shadows
more defined eyelids
eye too whit-ish and lack of toning
shini-er lips
and probably shoter face with shaper chin...
clothing-wise (nothing to do with being man or not..)..
u probably can study the materials used... since penelo 3D models shows them all...
